We offer FREE returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our customer support team to begin the return process.
2. Return Eligibility

- Be in good condition.
- Include original accessories and packaging whenever possible.
- Not be intentionally damaged or altered.
3. Free Return Shipping
Eligible returns include free return shipping. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or designated return address.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll gladly arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but remain eligible for return under this policy.
